Plan a Trip to Horse World Expo, March 3 – 6, at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg

There is something for everyone at this multi discipline, educational and entertaining event that is within easy driving distance. You will also find vendors with everything from basic equine necessities to that gorgeous equestrian themed jewelry you suddenly can’t live without! Check out the great line up of clinicians who will be giving demos and lectures. Many of the speakers are from our area including Dr. Kat Radtke talking about prepurchase exams, Brian Eagan speaking on horse behavior, and Holly Corcoran giving a seminar on an introduction to endurance riding. Other speakers of interest are Guy McLean talking about starting young horses and liberty training; Kendra Clarke on horse and rider biomechanics; and Brendan Wise with natural horsemanship and dressage. Shawna Karrasch is giving five lectures on R+ training. What a great opportunity to see what it is all about in advance of her KDCTA clinic in June!

Check out the Parade of Breeds, Trail Champions Challenge, and Rescued to Stardom, a contest for rescue horses. Theatre Equus is an evening performance that is professionally choreographed with music and entertainment. Experience the beauty and partnership demonstrated between horse and handler.
