2025 PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Mounted Practices are 7:00pm (ready to ride) every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month (with a couple of exceptions)
May:
1st - Practice walk thru of the drill at Shadowacers Stable, 4325 Halfmoon Valley Rd, Warriors Mark, PA indoor at 7-8pm
8th - Practice walk thru of the drill at Shadowacers Stable indoor at 7-8pm

29th -1st Mounted Practice, APD site ready to ride at 7:00pm. If raining-meet at Blue Barn Farm
June:
19th - Mounted Practice at APD site ready to ride at 7:00pm
26th - Mounted Practice, at APD site ready to ride at 7:00pm
July:
17th - Mounted practice at APD site ready to ride at 7:00pm
24th - Mounted practice at APD site ready to ride at 7:00pm
31st- Mounted practice at APD site ready to ride at 7:00pm

August:
7th - Dress Rehearsal practice, APD Site at 7:00pm
4th - Huntingdon Fair Performance at 7pm [need CVI's & Coggins]
12th- Tue Ag Progress Days Performance

September:
TBD - Mounted practice, TBD at 7:00pm [if needed]
TBD – The Oaks
20th - KDCTA Fall Show Quadrille @ Grange Fairgrounds

Riding in the KDCTA Drill Team Does Require COMMITMENT

Can only miss 1 practice
2-3 walk-thru practices
Memorize the drill
Be on time! Practices last about 1 hour
Make arrangements for trailer ride if needed
If more than 10 min. late to practice, will not ride at that practice
Late more than twice, will not ride with Drill Team
RIDER ATTIRE
Black breeches
Blue or yellow Grande Quadrille Shirt
Tall black boots or black half chaps
Black helmet or helmet cover
Black gloves
HORSE ATTIRE
Square white pad (club has white square pads to borrow)
White polo wraps
English saddle/bridle
Rosettes (provided by club)
