ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Kimberly (RYT 200) founded Open Roads to provide others with the tools to age gracefully and to stay active as long as possible. Inspired by a shamanic journey, her classes are designed to heal & balance the mind, body, and spirit so we can create a good, green future for the planet.

She’s been engaged in yoga since she was two years old and took her first formal yoga class in 1999. She enjoyed being a student for 20 years before deciding to deepen her practice and become a teacher.

She has experience with these yoga styles: Kripalu, Iyengar, Kurunta (Rope Wall), Hatha, Yin, Gentle, Dynamic, and Trauma-Informed Yoga.

She’s trained with Bernie Clark, Jim Donovan, Anjali Yoga, Rudy Pierce, Sharon Green, Di Strohn, & Rachel Allen. Kimberly is RYT 200 certified through Yoga Alliance.

Join Kimberly and her yogis on their journey of personal development and empowerment through yoga, pranayama, and meditation.
